FAQs
Which regions does Soni Officemate export to?
Our exports span six major regions: Southeast and East Asia, the Middle East and GCC, Africa (including Sub-Saharan and North Africa), Europe (including the UK, EU, and Eastern Europe), Latin America (including Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, and Paraguay), and the Indian Subcontinent. Within each region, we have varying levels of market penetration, with ongoing development in newer territories across West Africa and Eastern Europe.
How does Soni Officemate manage its international distribution network?
We appoint country-specific distributors or import agents who are responsible for in-country distribution, dealer development, and market promotion. Our export team maintains regular contact with each territory through email, video calls, and in-person visits to trade fairs. We do not rely on a single global distributor, preferring territory-focused partners with deep local market knowledge.
What documentation do you provide for customs clearance and import compliance?
We provide a full standard export documentation package: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, REACH compliance declaration, EN 71 / CE certificates (where applicable), SGS test reports, and any country-specific documentation required (such as SONCAP for Nigeria, PVOC for Kenya, or GSP declarations for EU imports). Our export team coordinates all documentation through a licensed Customs House Agent.
What trade fairs do you attend internationally?
Our international exhibition participation has included the School & Office Expo Morocco (November 2024), Gifts India & Stationery Asia Write Show (2015), and regional trade events across the Middle East and Africa. We regularly evaluate new fair participation based on target market development priorities. Our latest exhibition calendar is available on our Media page.
How do you handle after-sales service for international buyers?
For international buyers, our export team serves as the primary point of contact for post-delivery queries including quality concerns, documentation corrections, and reorder planning. Quality claims must be raised within 30 days of goods receipt with photographic or physical evidence. Approved replacements are typically included in the next shipment or resolved via credit note depending on the nature and value of the claim.
