Dealer
FAQs
What is the difference between a Dealer and a Distributor at Soni Officemate?
A Dealer is a retail or sub-retail trade partner who purchases products from us directly or via an appointed distributor and sells to end consumers or institutions in a defined local area. A Distributor is a wholesale partner who carries our full or specified range across a larger territory and services multiple dealers. Both Dealer and Distributor partnerships are confirmed only after the required consideration is received and approved by our Marketing team, along with the agreement process. Dealers typically hold less inventory and operate at smaller order volumes than distributors.
How do I become an authorized Soni Officemate dealer?
To apply for dealership, complete the Dealer inquiry form on our website. Our domestic sales team will review your application, assess geographical availability (we work to avoid dealer-overlap in the same territory), and contact you within 3 to 5 business days. Dealership approval is subject to an agreement with us after the required consideration is received and approved by the Marketing team for both dealers. Approved dealers receive an authorization letter, product price list, margin structure, and initial product guidance.
Do dealers receive marketing support and display materials?
Yes, marketing support and display materials depend on the terms agreed. Authorized dealers receive our standard point-of-sale kit including brand standees, product display cards, brochures, and product samples for demonstration. For high-volume dealers, co-branded display racks are available on request. Digital marketing assets for social media and WhatsApp can be downloaded from our trade partner portal.
