What are your business hours?
Our office operates Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST. On Wednesdays, hours are shorter: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and on gazetted national holidays. International partners in significantly different time zones are encouraged to email us, and we will respond within one business day.
How quickly can I expect a response to my inquiry?
Standard inquiries submitted via email or through our Contact form are typically responded to within 1 to 2 business days. Export sample requests and OEM inquiries may take 2 to 3 business days due to the coordination required across our export and technical teams. Urgent inquiries are best handled by phone during business hours.
I am interested in placing a bulk order. Who should I contact?
For institutional or bulk domestic orders, please use our Corporate inquiry form or email domestic@soniofficemate.com with the product name, approximate quantity, delivery location, and timeline. For international bulk orders, contact our export team at overseas@soniofficemate.com. We recommend all new buyers begin with a sample set request to evaluate product quality before placing bulk orders.
Can I visit your factory directly?
Factory visits are welcome for prospective distributors, institutional buyers, and export partners. We ask that visits be pre-scheduled with a minimum of 5 to 7 business days notice. Please reach out via email to arrange your visit. We offer guided facility tours that cover our injection molding plant, ink manufacturing and quality testing labs, and assembly lines.
