What does Soni Officemate's Corporate program offer?
Our Corporate program is designed for institutions, enterprises, and government procurement bodies requiring stationery in volume. It offers dedicated account management, customized product assortments, volume-based pricing, branded or co-branded product options, scheduled delivery arrangements, and consolidated invoicing. We also offer unique products and small gifts that make a big difference by creating lasting brand recall, especially when patients or customers are around, even when you are not. We supply hospitals, educational institutions, corporates, and government departments across India.
Can you provide GSTIN-compliant invoicing and credit terms?
Yes. All domestic corporate invoicing is GST-compliant with full HSN code detailing. For established corporate accounts with a satisfactory credit history, we offer credit terms on a case-by-case basis. New corporate accounts typically begin with advance payment, with credit terms extended after initial successful orders. Purchase orders on company letterhead are accepted.
Do you supply to government tenders and institutional procurement?
Yes. Soni Officemate has experience supplying to institutional procurement through both direct tenders and via distributor networks. We have supplier Govt., MS – Corporate, for Hospital indelible markers also to Assam, Gohati Govt., Noida Director, Govt. of UP etc. We can provide product samples, technical data sheets, compliance certificates, and MSME documentation as required by government procurement processes. For GeM (Government e-Marketplace) inquiries, please contact our domestic sales team.
Can you customize products with our organization's branding?
Yes. We offer custom imprinting of institutional logos on select products including markers, stamp pads, kits, and packaging. Custom barrel colors, clip colors, and branded packaging are available for orders meeting the relevant MOQ thresholds. Artwork and design files should be submitted in AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF format. Please use our Custom Requisition Form to initiate this process.
Which hospitals and institutions are part of your current client base?
Our client network includes leading hospital groups and healthcare institutions, educational institutions across Maharashtra and neighboring states, and large corporate procurement departments.
