Soni Officemate is a third-generation Indian stationery manufacturer based in Nagpur, established in 1978. We manufacture a comprehensive range of products including whiteboard markers, permanent markers, art markers, glue sticks, stamp pads, highlighters, correction fluids, inks, and premium gifting kits. Our facility produces over 3 million markers per day, 15 million glue sticks per month, and exports to 60+ countries worldwide.
How old is Soni Officemate as a company?
Our legacy spans nearly five decades. Mr. Prakash Soni founded Soni Chemicals in 1978, pioneering correction fluid manufacturing in India. In 1981, Soni Polymers Pvt. Ltd. was established. Soni Officemate as a distinct brand was launched in 2002 under the leadership of Mr. Rahul Soni. Today we are in our third generation of family leadership.

Our products and facility hold the following certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), REACH compliance for EU chemical safety, EN 71 Part 3 (European toy safety for school and art inks), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified by UKCert, CE marking, and EC Production Quality Assurance by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) for our Surgical Skin Marker range. SGS heavy metal testing (Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium) has been passed for our paint marker range.
